-
The information architecture aligns with the audience's needs by providing tailored content for each pet type (Dogs, Cats, Birds). Users can easily access specific pet care tips, improving their overall website experience.
-
Stakeholder needs for increased consultations are addressed through a user-friendly Consultations page with clear calls-to-action, making it easier for users to request one-on-one sessions.
Primary and Secondary Navigational Elements
-
Primary Navigation: The main menu includes links to essential sections - Home, Pet Care Tips (with subsections for Dogs, Cats, and Birds), and Consultations - providing clear access to key information and services.
-
Secondary Navigation: Within the Pet Care Tips section, secondary navigation allows users to explore specific content related to each pet type, such as Feeding Tips, Activity Needs, and Social Interaction. This ensures a deeper level of engagement for users interested in specific topics.
Alignment with Audience and Stakeholder Needs
-
Primary Navigation aligns with both audience and stakeholder needs as it provides easy access to crucial sections like Consultations, facilitating the stakeholders' goal of scheduling 150 new consults.
-
Secondary Navigation supports the audience's needs by offering pet-specific content, improving the user experience, and increasing the time spent on the website, which is vital for achieving the owners' objective of having 100,000 new visitors within a year.

Implemented a responsive grid-based layout, ensuring the website's compatibility and optimal display from desktop to mobile devices.
-
Modernized the website's overall look by emphasizing heavy imagery and employing a strategic approach to break up large blocks of text, enhancing user engagement.
-
Addressed stakeholder requirements by adding the Consultation and Bird pages, completing the website's functionality and fulfilling the stakeholders' needs.
